You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Access or use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise our systems
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Services
• Use the Services to develop competing products that replicate core functionality

4.1 Pricing

ModelScan provides prepaid, usage-based AI API monitoring services.

Customers purchase Monitoring Credits for use only with ModelScan monitoring services. Pricing details are provided on our website or in the account dashboard.

• Monitoring Credits may be used only for ModelScan monitoring services.
• Monitoring Credits cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.
• Monitoring Credits are not stored value, electronic money, a wallet, or a payment account.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are handled through secure third-party payment processors.

You consent to payment information being processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy or as required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.

You may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected]. The complete Refund Policy is available at https://modelscan.io/refund. Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments or verified billing errors
• Payment completed but Monitoring Credits were not delivered because of a ModelScan system error
• A verified unauthorized transaction
• A refund required by applicable law

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Monitoring Credits consumed by monitoring operations
• Unused Monitoring Credits, except where the Refund Policy or applicable law expressly requires a refund
• Promotional, bonus, trial, or complimentary Monitoring Credits
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms
• User errors, including incorrect configuration, unsupported integrations, or failure to follow documentation
• Third-party service outages, limitations, or changes outside ModelScan's control

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

ModelScan may deduct applicable transaction fees, payment processor fees, chargeback fees, taxes, or other non-recoverable costs from any refund, unless prohibited by law.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. ModelScan reserves the right to deny refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Your Use of Our Intellectual Property

Using the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to 飛合科技有限公司 (FEIHE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED) or its licensors.

You may not remove branding, disclaimers, or copyright notices.

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, data, or materials submitted to the Services ("Customer Content").

6.2 License to ModelScan

By using the Services, you grant ModelScan a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process Customer Content
• Store it temporarily
• Use it as needed to provide and maintain the Services

Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' terms.

After Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your intended use.

Jurisdictional Limits

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, they apply to the maximum extent possible.
