Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ModelScan, operated by 飛合科技有限公司 (FEIHE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED), Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

ModelScan provides usage-based AI API monitoring services through prepaid Monitoring Credits.

1. Monitoring Credits

  • Monitoring Credits may be used only for ModelScan monitoring services.
  • Monitoring Credits cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.
  • Monitoring Credits are not stored value, electronic money, a wallet, or a payment account.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate payments or verified billing errors
  • Payment completed but Monitoring Credits were not delivered because of a ModelScan system error
  • A verified unauthorized transaction
  • A refund required by applicable law

3. Used and Unused Credits

Monitoring Credits consumed by monitoring operations are not refundable.

Unused Monitoring Credits are generally not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
